Anothr is an IM Bot that allows you to subscribe rss feeds and to get notifications on GTalk/Jabber or Skype on new posts. Very useful tool to subscribe comment feeds of blogs that do not support email notifications for comments.

Meebo is a free web-based IM client that can handle multiple accounts (AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, Google Talk, ICQ and Jabber). There is also a repeater available that allows the use of meebo in restricted environments.
